Protect Your Unit is a season-length college football contest. It has been online since 2014.

BANKROLL: 1000 points.

IN PLAY: 250 points or 25% of your winnings until Nov. 25. 500/50% after.

CLOSE DATE: October 15.

SPECIAL RULES: None.

Changes From Past Seasons

1. Your units are separated into BANKROLL and WINNINGS. Bankroll is the 1000 you start with. Winnings are units you win by picking games correctly.
2. Only winnings count toward your score. Unspent bankroll does not.
3. The only limit on betting is the IN PLAY rule. You may have up to 250 units in play (on not-yet-resolved wagers) at any given time. Or 25% of your winnings, if your winnings are more than 250. This increases to 500/50% of winnings for the postseason.
4. There are no more required number of bets, or bets on AAC games.
5. There are no more weeks, byes, or a points race. You may play any game you want, any time it is offered.
6. No futures bets are offered this season.
7. Non-FBS games may be offered.
8. Odds are expressed in the European style: 1.909 means you wager 1 to win 1.909, including the return of your original bet. 1.909 is the equivalent of -110 in the American odds format.
9. Parlays may include money lines, and other plays that are not 1.909 (-110).
10. All picks in a parlay must be on different games. (No more coordinated parlays.)
11. Protect Your Unit is now one of many games within the new WAJERLEAGUE fake sports gambling universe. How well or badly you do in PYU will count towards an overall score.
